
Pickled Red Onions
It’s the little things. Pickled red onions are simple additions that can take a turkey sandwich (or anything really) to the next level.
Ingredients
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Apple cider vinegar (enough to cover the onions)
Pinch of salt
Place the thinly sliced red onions in a clean mason jar. Add a pinch of salt. Pour enough apple cider vinegar into the jar to completely cover the onions. Cover the jar and let it sit at room temperature for a few hours or overnight to develop flavor. Enjoy on sandwiches, salads, tacos, or wherever you like a tangy crunch!
