Cancellations and Refunds

You will receive multiple email reminders prior to the charging of your credit card for a club shipment, including but not limited to a save the date, an allocation email notifying you of the opening of an allocation, a reminder email, a last call email the day before the allocation closes, and an emailed reciept upon the successful processing of an order.

Orders placed online, by phone, or by email, can be cancelled within 2 days of emailed receipt without penalty.
*This does not apply to club shipments as we give plenty of notice prior to charging of credit cards for shipments, via four separate emails during the allocation period.

Cancellation after 48 hours, will incur a 30% restocking/cancellation fee, unless it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order and it is in route to you, please refuse the shipment and we will credit you the cost of the product minus any and all shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. After one week from the processing date, the order is no refundable/returnable.

Wine bottles purchased in our tasting room, either as a take home order or a ship order, are not returnable/refundable.

***For club shipments: we send plenty of information and notifications for when we will be charging cards and wine the wines will ship. All shipment emails (inital email, reminder, last call, and order confirmation email) include the ship date for orders. 
Disputing shipment charges: Notification that a club shipment charge has been disputed (Villa Creek or MAHA) voids any and all club contracts and will result in the immediate termination of a membership.
