Jackie's Cranberry Relish
This is a Cushman family favorite every single Thanksgiving forever, and is marvelous on a turkey sandwich. In case you were wondering, Jackie is JoAnn's mom.
2 bags of organic cranberries
2 organic oranges
organic sugar to taste
"It’s very simple. I use 2 bags of cranberries (picked over to discard soft ones) and a couple oranges, cut into small pieces. I grind them in the food processor in several batches and then add enough sugar to sweeten the mixture—-usually less than a cup, but you should taste it and decide on how sweet you want it. No cooking, but a day in the fridge helps cure the mixture."
