Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining a MAHA or Villa Creek membership, you agree to the following terms

Age Requirement
Members must be 21 years of age or older.

Minimum Commitment
MAHA and Villa Creek memberships require a minimum commitment of two shipments. Black Diamond memberships require a minimum commitment of three shipments.

Skipping Shipments
Requests must be submitted in advance of the billing date. Members are reminded of upcoming shipments through multiple communications, including approximately three to five emails and two to three text messages. If notice is not provided before billing, the shipment will proceed as scheduled. After fulfilling the initial two- or three-shipment commitment, members may request to skip a future shipment. 

Early Cancellation
If a membership is canceled before the minimum shipment commitment is fulfilled, a one-time early cancellation fee of $100 will apply, or the difference in benefits received will be charged, whichever is greater.

Club Cancellation Timing & Notifications
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the billing date of a scheduled shipment. Members are notified well in advance of upcoming shipments and billing through multiple communications, including approximately three to five emails and two to three text messages. If a shipment has already been billed, the membership will be canceled going forward, but the billed shipment will not be refunded.

Member Communications
Members are responsible for reviewing all communications from MAHA and Villa Creek regarding membership details and upcoming shipments.

Pickup Shipments
Members who select pickup must collect their shipment by the designated pickup deadline. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to inventory, and a gift card equal to the purchase amount will be issued to the member’s account.

Notifications & Delivery Responsibility
You (the member), will receive multiple notifications via email (and text, if a cell number is provided) when your order is being prepared for shipment, allowing time to make adjustments if needed. Once a shipment leaves our facility, the purchaser is responsible for all aspects of delivery, including rerouting, acceptance, and missed deliveries.

A rerouting fee of $16 will be billed to the card on file for any reroutes that take place during transit, including address correction that is received after the posted deadline but before the scheduled ship date.

If a package is returned to us, the wines will be restocked and a return fee equal to the fulfillment house original ship carge will be billed to your account. All reshipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any member shipping benefits are only applicable to the original shipping cost.
