Founded in 2022 by restaurateurs Chris & Nicole Haisma, in bloom celebrates PasoRobles’ food and wine culture by collaborating with local farms and purveyors. Executive Chef Kenny Seliger and Executive Sous Chef Ron Frazier take the now-classic Californian menu and give it a clever and modern update at in bloom.
On May 18th, in bloom welcomes two of California’s top winemakers to collaborate for a special and memorable dinner. The room will be lively and energetic as Cris Cherry (MAHA Estate | Villa Creek Cellars) and Nicole and Lucas Pope (Haliotide Wines) to showcase their incredible lineup of wines paired with a 6-course tasting menu created by chef Kenny.
