Cancellations and Refunds

Club Shipment Notifications

We provide multiple email notifications prior to charging your credit card for a club shipment. These include:
A “Save the Date” notification
An allocation opening email
A reminder during the allocation window
A final “Last Call” email before the allocation closes
A receipt upon successful order processing

These communications are designed to give you ample time to review and adjust your order before it is finalized.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders placed online, by phone, or by email may be cancelled within 3 days of the emailed receipt, provided the order has not yet shipped.
If an order is already in transit, you may refuse delivery. Once the wine is returned to our fulfillment center, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus all shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee.
After the 3-day window, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please note: This cancellation policy does not apply to club shipments, as ample advance notice is provided prior to processing.

Tasting Room Sales

All wines purchased in our tasting room—whether taken home or shipped—are final sale and non-refundable.

However, if you open a bottle at a later date and find it to be corked, we will gladly issue a gift card for the purchase price of the bottle (excluding sales tax, CRV, and shipping fees).

 
Club Shipments Are Final

Club shipments are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to the multiple advance notifications sent prior to billing. Each shipment email (initial notification, reminder, last call, and confirmation) includes the scheduled charge and ship date.

 
Disputes & Membership Termination

In the event that a club shipment charge (MAHA® or Villa Creek) is disputed, the associated membership shall be subject to immediate termination. All existing club agreements will be deemed null and void, and the member shall forfeit any and all future eligibility for membership.
