2024 Roussanne
100% Roussanne. You know how the color white is technically the visual reflection of the entire spectrum of color at once? That’s kinda how this wine tastes. An elegant blend of old and new vines gives a spectrum of flavors that strike a harmonic balance on the palate. The old-vine JBV fruit occupies the lower end of the spectrum and brings with it honeyed fruits, quince, and jasmine. To complement it, we have the Maha fruit, bright and lovely with its notes of sea salt, preserved lemon, and fresh pear. This is a wine that you can enjoy at any temperature and in any setting. “The 2022 Roussanne is delicate and understated, lifting from the glass with a mix of wildflowers, young peach, tropical citrus and wet stone. This envelopes the palate with glycerol textures offset by saline minerals, as white pit fruits are complemented by honeyed inner florals. The 2022 tapers off rich yet still remarkably fresh, leaving a spicy sensation and salty flourish that slowly fades.”
