WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Villa Creek Cellars or MAHA Estate. The receipt of any shipment containing alcohol requires the signature of a sober adult (age 21 or older). Wines purchased are for personal consumption only and may not be resold.
Credit Card Charges
All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to changing state laws, we can ship wine—either directly or through a licensed third party—to most states, except Utah and Arkansas. If we are unable to ship to your state, we may coordinate through a third-party partner. Please note that pricing, discounts, and shipping costs may vary when orders are fulfilled through a third party.
Wine is a Perishable Product
Wine is a perishable product sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect your order, we may implement weather holds at our discretion. If you choose to ship outside of our advised shipping windows, Villa Creek Cellars and MAHA Estate are not responsible for, and will not replace, any wine damaged due to extreme weather during transit.
Once your wine is picked up by the carrier, the shipment becomes your responsibility. The quality of the wine is guaranteed only through the first delivery attempt.
