Villa Creek Cellars Selections

Since its inception in 2001 Villa Creek Cellars has had the opportunity to source some of the finest fruit in the area. Long term contracts with vineyards like Booker, Denner, James Berry and Ohana ensure a level of quality second to none. Blended wines are the name of the game here with the idea that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole.

Avenger

The wine that started it all for us, always Syrah based.

Bette Noir

Syrah and Mourvedre, 50% whole cluster.

Garnacha

To date it’s the only single varietal wine we’ve made.

High Road, James Berry Vineyard

The best barrels from each vintage showing what this vineyard has to offer.

Our take on Spain. Tempranillo, Grenache, Mourvedre.

Badger

100% Booker Vineyard Fruit, 65% Syrah, 25% Mourvedre, 10% Grenache in 75% new French puncheons.

Grenache based blend from Denner and James Berry Vineyards.

Hospice du Rhone - One of a kind blends

Each year Paso Robles hosts the largest gathering of Rhone Wine producers and enthusiasts on the planet. Along with some of the creme de la creme producers there are some of the most famous people you have yet to hear of. The wines below were produced exclusively for the Hospice du Rhone barrel auction. Between five and twenty cases of each wine were awarded to the highest bidder (guess who) and are only available here at Villa Creek. Giornata

Brian and Stephy Terrizzi have created something here in California few have succeeded at, crafting wines from Italian varieties that actually have Italian character. www.giornata.com

Anthony Yount is focused in handcrafting finessed and delicate white wines from select plots in Paso Robles. www.notplonk.com

Torrin

Meaning “of the hills” is the creation of Scott and Viquel Hawley. They are dedicated to creating beautiful wines from the ground up off their 10 acre estate and a few of Paso's gems. www.torrinwine.com
